Casper K. Gorner is an Associate Attorney in the Northern California Office. Mr. Gorner provides legal counsel and support to school district and community college clients on matters relating to general education law, school facilities construction and financing and school bond elections.
Prior to joining Parker & Covert, Mr. Gorner worked as an intern at the California Attorney General's Office where he worked on White Collar Crime prosecutions, and tax and mortgage fraud investigations. While a judicial intern for the Office of Administrative Hearings, he assisted Administrative Law Judges during hearings and drafted ALJ opinions. As a member of the UC Davis Immigration Law Clinic, he worked on Habeas Corpus petitions and represented ICE Detainees in Immigration Court. While in Law School, he was a Member of the King Hall Moot Court Honors Board.
