Lina Bidrossian is an associate attorney in the Northern California office. She provides legal counsel for drafting, modifying and negotiating acquisition, land-use and development projects as well as purchase and sale agreements. She also advises on chain of title transfers and provides counsel to non-profit corporations for various compliance matters.

She brings to Parker and Covert a background working in-house for technology start-ups and e-commerce companies where she provided counsel on a wide variety of commercial and regulatory matters.

Education and Background
Ms. Bidrossian received her B.S. in physics from the University of Oregon and received her J.D. from Lewis & Clark Law School. In her spare time, Lina volunteers at the El Dorado County German Shepherd Rescue Center.
