Ms. Yang is an Associate in the firm's Northern California office, representing school and community college districts in business, facilities, real property and energy, public finance, litigation, employment, and student legal issues, including impartial employment and student investigations.
LEGAL EXPERIENCE
Ms. Yang's extensive experience includes research, public advocacy, and legal representation for various academic and non-profit organizations. Previously, Ms. Yang has worked in the Sacramento District Attorney's Office and Koukol & Associates where she engaged in all stages of litigation, motion-work, and collaborative courts.
Throughout these experiences, Ms. Yang has honed her skills and capabilities in research, policy, negotiations, and litigation that aligns with the civil clients she counsels in her current role.
