PRACTICE AREAS
Daniel Zerga is an associate attorney in the Northern California office. Mr. Zerga provides legal counsel and support to school district and community college clients regarding facilities, public finance, bonds, general business, and education matters.
LEGAL EXPERIENCE
During his final year of law school, Mr. Zerga served as Secretary of Lambda, McGeorge School of Law's LGBTQ+ Law Student Association and helped organize Lambda's annual Fall Spectacular event. Mr. Zerga also served as a judicial extern for the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals in the Office of Staff Attorneys where he prepared memoranda on immigration matters and presented recommendations to a three-judge panel. Mr. Zerga was also a certified law student at the McGeorge Community Legal Services clinic where, under the supervision of attorneys, he advised indigent clients in immigration related matters. Before passing the California Bar Exam, Mr. Zerga worked as a law clerk at Parker & Covert focusing on the disposition of numerous surplus properties, the execution of land use licensing agreements, and the interpretation of statutes concerning the calculation of the taxable possessory interest involving a major sports stadium.
Mr. Zerga received his J.D. from the McGeorge School of Law, and his B.A. from the University of Central Florida.
